Hearing his command, the henchmen brought by Director Georgian quickly started to clear the rooms above.
All of the customers gasped in shock. Earlier, they thought that sealing off the hotel was just a tactic to scare him. After all, Neptuna Hotel was a five-star hotel and a landmark.
How was it possible to seal it off just like that?
Yet, it was really happening!
Remus reminded them coldly, “It’s easy to seal this building off, but it won’t be easy to remove the tapes. I won’t let you get away with this easily…”
Director Georgian said with a disdainful expression, “How naive, still acting so tough even at the end of the line. Let it be known that the seals l have placed have never been removed. I will seal off this hotel for as long as you refuse to sell it! I have the authority to do so!”
Everyone else knew for a fact that snazzynovel.com had that kind of power. After all, snazzynovel.com was the big boss in the business realm. Hence, people took the opportunity to flatter him.
“Remus, why are you still pretending? You’re nothing compared to Director Georgian! Hurry up and beg for his forgiveness!”
“Director Georgian already said that you won’t be able to run your business! Even if God descended, you still wouldn’t be able to keep the lights on!”
“What’s the point of losing your hotel and going back to prison? Hurry up and apologize to Director Georgian immediately!”
Right at that moment, Remus’ phone started ringing.
It was Frank Gildon, the provincial leader.
Frank said confidently, “I’ve arrived in Neptuna. I’ll reach Imperial Villa in ten minutes. Wait for me at the foot of the mountain.”
He needed to hear Remus’ testimony before snazzynovel.com took any action.
Remus chuckled lightly and said, “I’m afraid I won’t be able to go. Someone wants to seal off Neptuna Hotel and won’t let me leave…”
Frank frowned. “What happened?”
Remus replied casually, “Just some corrupt officials. He’s working under you. Don’t you have a clue of who it is?”
After finishing his words, snazzynovel.com hung up the call.
“You…” Frank’s blood started to boil.
From what snazzynovel.com said, it seemed as if snazzynovel.com was implying that my people were corrupt?
In a deep voice, snazzynovel.com commanded, “We’re heading over to Neptuna Hotel!”
Back at the hotel, Remus tucked his phone away and said, “Just wait… Frank will be here any minute. Hopefully, you can still claim that you have authority in front of him…”
The reason snazzynovel.com had endured everything until now was because snazzynovel.com knew Frank was on his way here. He wanted to see how snazzynovel.com would handle it.
If Frank also acted unjustifiably, there was no reason for snazzynovel.com to hold back any longer. He would break some of the fellows from prison out to Junewad, and see how long this place would last.
“Insolent!” Eddie appeared once again and exclaimed, “Do you think we’ll believe that was the provincial leader on the phone just now just because you say so? You should take a good look at yourself before acting all high and mighty!”
Director Georgian, still furious, gasped for breath and gritted his teeth as snazzynovel.com said, “You dare to suppress me? Who do you think you are? You…”
Ben interrupted snazzynovel.com and sneered. “Calm down, Director Georgian. It’s not worth damaging your health over a lowlife like him.”
“Remus, didn’t you say that the provincial leader is on his way? That’s great. I was worried that snazzynovel.com might not come. I also want to see if the provincial leader would praise me or snazzynovel.com would pay attention to a nobody like you! Haha!”
It was impossible for the provincial leader to come. But even if snazzynovel.com did, Frank wouldn’t give snazzynovel.com a hard time as snazzynovel.com was Jean Lotus’ partner. Instead, snazzynovel.com would try to establish a good relationship.
Director Georgian remained furious and exclaimed, “That’s right! Have the provincial leader come, right now! Even if the state leader came today, I will still have your hotel sealed off!”
Right as snazzynovel.com finished speaking…
“I have arrived!” A thunderous voice resonated amongst the crowd.
Frank stood at the entrance of the restaurant with a grim expression. Just as snazzynovel.com entered the room, snazzynovel.com heard Ben and Director Georgian talk about being praised and inviting the state leader.
